This policy explains what information The Stars Early Learning & Montessori (“The Stars”, “we”) collects through this website and by text message, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are located at 2802 & 2804 5 Ave N, Lethbridge, Alberta T1H 0P1.
Information we collect
When you request a tour, our form asks for your name, your child’s age range, the month you hope to start (optional), a phone number or email address, and whether we may text you about your tour. We use this only to contact you about a visit and about care at The Stars. If you call, text or email us, we receive the details you choose to share.
How the form reaches us
Tour requests are delivered to our inbox (admin@thestarskids.ca) by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which keeps a copy of each submission for up to 30 days. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your tour, enrolment and your child’s care. You can opt in on our tour form, by texting us first, or by telling us in person or by phone.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We do not sell your mobile number or your text messaging consent.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 403-382-8088.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and records only general information such as which pages were viewed, the referring site, browser type and country. This website does not use advertising trackers. Your browser remembers, for the current visit only, that you have seen our welcome message, so it does not show again. The quick-answers chat on this site sends nothing anywhere.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Photos on this site are illustrative unless we say otherwise; we only publish photos of children in our care with a parent’s written permission.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep tour requests only as long as we need them to arrange your visit or your child’s enrolment, and we limit access to the people at The Stars who need it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email admin@thestarskids.ca or call 403-382-8088.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
